Though he was born without a left forearm and hand, Tony Memmel taught himself to play the guitar by building a homemade cast out of Gorilla Tape (duct tape) that secures a guitar pick to his arm, and allows him to pluck and strum the strings. A talented musician and inspiring speaker.

Though he was born without a left forearm and hand, Tony Memmel taught himself to play the guitar by building a homemade cast out of Gorilla Tape (duct tape) that secures a guitar pick to his arm, and allows him to pluck and strum the strings. Tony will be performing in a community concert as well as an assembly at Pioneer Elementary School and SJSHS. Tony is a inspiring speaker as he focuses on overcoming adversity, vocational craftsmanship, artists integrity and spirit.
