FAQ about Rehearsals

WHAT IF I HAVE CONFLICT WITH REHEARSAL/PERFORMANCE DATES?

The director will usually work around minor conflicts, which is why it is important to list and discuss them. This is a huge commitment, and all actors MUST be available for all performances. If you have a conflict with a performance, please reconsider auditioning.

WHEN WILL I FIND OUT IF I'VE BEEN CAST?

Generally within 48 hours, you will be notified either by phone if you are cast - or - by e-mail if you are not cast. Pending dates to be notified: June 30th/July 1st. A cast meeting will be scheduled and final schedule for actors needed at which rehearsals will be dispersed.

WHAT IF I GET SICK AND MISS REHEARSALS?

Contact the director or stage manager as soon as you can if you miss rehearsal due to illness or emergency. Please, if you are ill, it would be greatly appreciated in consideration of others for you NOT to attend rehearsal.
